3.1 Party Confirmation

Service agreement is signed between Faithehub official operation team (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) and all website visitors, registered users and purchasing customers (hereinafter referred to as “User”) of faithehub.com. Website access and order purchase mean full acceptance of this service clause.

3.2 User Account Rules

  • Users shall register account with real valid information, prohibit fake identity, stolen account registration and account trading.
  • Users take full responsibility for account password management, login equipment and order operation behaviors under personal account.
  • Platform has right to freeze or ban illegal accounts involved in fraud, malicious after-sales, malicious order brushing and infringement.

3.3 Product & Transaction Rules

All commodities displayed on faithehub.com have real text description and picture display; platform reserves right to adjust product price, inventory and promotion activities without prior notice. All transactions are formal cross-border sales contracts after payment confirmation. Users shall not use platform products for illegal resale, infringement commercial use and illegal acts.

3.4 User Prohibited Behaviors

Users are forbidden to attack website server, tamper with website data, publish illegal, violent, infringing and spam information on the website, maliciously initiate dispute arbitration and false refund claims. Violation will lead to account ban and legal liability pursuit.

3.5 Service Limitation & Liability Exemption

Platform is exempted from liability for service interruption caused by force majeure, network failure, government regulatory requirements and third-party payment channel faults. Platform does not undertake indirect loss, income loss and mental damage compensation caused by user improper operation.

3.6 Agreement Revision

Faithehub can revise service terms according to business and legal requirements. Revised clauses take effect automatically after published on faithehub.com official policy page.
