4.1 Shipping Coverage & Warehouse
faithehub.com supports global cross-border delivery, covers North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and mainstream international regions. Goods are dispatched from official overseas warehouse and bonded cross-border warehouse, unified allocation by platform logistics team.
4.2 Order Processing Time
Normal orders will be packaged and arranged shipment within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation; holiday, promotion peak season will be delayed appropriately with official announcement.
4.3 Standard Delivery Cycle

Transport cycle excludes customs clearance delay, local logistics distribution delay and bad weather influence.
4.4 Customs & Tariff Rule
Cross-border parcel customs clearance inspection shall abide by local national import laws. Destination country import tariff, customs service fee shall be borne by buyer by default; tariff exemption policy follows local real-time customs rules.
4.5 Logistics Tracking & Abnormal Handling
After shipment, system will auto send logistics tracking number to user registered email. For parcel loss, detention, long-term no update problems, users can contact customer service to apply logistics investigation within 5 working days after abnormal discovery.
4.6 Undeliverable & Returned Parcel
Parcels returned due to wrong address, user unpaid tariff, user refusing to sign for, will generate extra cross-border logistics cost, which shall be deducted from refund amount borne by users.
