1.1 Policy Overview
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders, products and transaction services purchased via the official website faithehub.com. By placing an order on our site, you agree to abide by all rules stated in this policy. We comply with EU Consumer Rights Directive, U.S. e-commerce consumer regulations and international cross-border trading standards to protect legitimate rights of all users.
1.2 Qualified Return Time Limit

Users can apply for free return or unconditional refund within 14 calendar days after goods delivery confirmation (EU/UK mandatory cooling-off period).

Extended after-sales support: quality problem applications are acceptable within 30 days after receipt of goods.

All return requests must be submitted via official customer service, unapproved self-return will be rejected directly.
1.3 Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following scenarios: product quality defect, damaged during logistics transportation, wrong item shipped by our side, product inconsistent with online description, package unopened & unused original goods.
Returned goods must keep original package, tags, accessories intact, no man-made damage, no stain, no secondary sales damage.
1.4 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Custom customized products, digital downloadable goods, clearance sale goods, personal hygiene products, discounted bundled commodities, goods damaged by personal use, overdue return applications are excluded from return and refund services.
1.5 Refund Process & Fee Rule

Step1: Submit order number, product photos and return reason to official customer service to get authorized return address (do not send to original shipping address randomly).

Step2: Cross-border return shipping fee: quality problem borne by Faithehub; user voluntary return borne by buyers.

Step3: We will inspect returned goods within 3 working days after receiving parcels.

Step4: Approved refund will be executed within 5-10 working days, fund arrival time depends on bank and payment platform settlement rules.
1.6 Order Cancellation Rule
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before warehouse shipment; once shipped, cancellation is regarded as voluntary return and shall abide by return logistics rules.
